COVID-19: A Message to Our Customers and Partners

Like everyone else in our industry (and world), COVID-19 has had and continues to have a significant impact on our team, our families, and our business. However, we always feel it’s how we respond to adverse situations that allow us to be stronger and better partners to all of our customers and rest assured, we will be stronger and better.

We have instituted many procedures to assure of all our staff’s safety, including observing the suggested social distancing from others, regular cleaning (and sanitizing) of all surfaces, equipment and products, and all hygiene habits. Fortunately, we have had no employees showing any signs of sickness, symptoms and/or positive results.

It’s paramount to all of us at Benico, that all our partners continue to receive the same level of support and service they are accustomed to, and we’re confident that with the measures we’ve put in place, we can mitigate this risk together with minimal disruption. We continue to be well prepared and will successfully serve all our partners accordingly.

If there is any need to adjust our operations in any capacity or make changes that could impact our service, support, production and/or lead times, we will communicate that information to you immediately.

Although this will not be easy, we are optimistic that by working together with all our partners, we can preserve your safety and ours and continue our growth together because this too, shall pass.
